Join our Asset & Technology Solutions team as a Fleet Co-ordinator on the and you'll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work. This role will be required to work cross functionally across the Hub Operations teams, delivering aspects of Operational Fleet support. What you'll be doing As a Fleet Co-ordinator, you will hav e the following responsibilities:• Efficient sourcing of external short-term hire vehicles typically generated by gaps in the core fleet availability resulting from (but not limited to) breakdowns, extended downtime and short duration additional requirements• Accurately capture and monitor through to resolution HGV Helpdesk incidents, working closely with the wider operations team to minimise downtime and maximise customer satisfaction• Develop relationships with the customer and provide them with regular reporting relevant to the Service Desk function• Provide prompt resolution to any disputes raised by the customer, liaising with all relevant parties to reach an agreed outcome, ensuring on-going records are amended to reduce the risk of repeat• Ensure that records are maintained in compliance with the processes outlined within the Balfour Beatty Business Management System• Support the Fleet Hub Manager with supply chain management, including attendance at planned Operational review meetings. You will have the following:• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills• Capable of prioritising your workload, ensuring you deliver what is required within the given timescales• You will demonstrate a tenacious approach to problem solving, investigating all appropriate venues until such time that a resolution is reached.
